Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactbsullc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
